Blue nose also known as Antarctic Butterfish. These species usually live in a climate of 28 degrees celcius-55 degrees celcius. This specie normally inhabits the outer continental slope and shelf waters of Southern South America, South Africa, New Zealand and Australia. They uniformly have dark to black skin color with a nice translucent white meat texture.
