Fresh Island Fish owns and operates commercial longline vessels, runs a fish processing facility at Pier 38, and distributes fresh, locally caught seafood to restaurants, hotels, and food service businesses across the islands. The operation covers fishing, processing, and delivery — all in Hawaii, all connected.
